Xelvario.shop is operated by xelvario, a US-based seller serving customers in the United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to xelvario.

2. Eligibility and account use

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on Xelvario.shop. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during checkout and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your order and contact details accurate. We are not liable for failed delivery caused by incorrect address or contact information supplied at checkout.

3. Products and availability

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colors and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings. We may update, replace or discontinue products at any time.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a revised delivery time or a full refund.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in USD. The total amount due is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We process payments through our payment provider, Payment.

• You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you select.
• Orders are not confirmed until payment has been authorized.
• If a payment cannot be completed, we may hold or cancel the order.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship with DHL. Estimated delivery is 1–3 days after dispatch. Shipping cost is $4.53, and shipping is free on orders over $56.89.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or incorrect addresses are outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds

If you are not satisfied with an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return process. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Xelvario.shop, including text, graphics, product descriptions and branding, is owned by xelvario or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, xelvario is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Kentucky, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
